Pol-E-Flake is a lost circulation product made from polyester film that has been sized to 3/8". Pol-E-Flake is a superior substitute for more expensive cellophane flakes and produces maximum mat sealing at the face of the well bore wall.
	Application:
Pol-E-Flake is inert and may be used in any common drilling fluid or cement system.  It may be used in the mud system as a preventive filler while drilling a potential loss zone, and may be used in combination with other lost circulation products to make a remedial plugging slurry.
	Advantages:
Pol-E-Flake is about half the density of the most common cellophane flakes. Pol-E-Flake lends itself very well to dry-blending. Pol-E-Flake will not cause the pump to cavitate.
	Recommended Loading:
Using the above information along with experiences from the field, we have determined that the recommended loading for Pol-E-Flake should be 2 to 4 ounces (1/8 to 1/4 pound) per sack of cement.
